Karen is an internationally accredited N.L.P Master Practitioner, Career Coach and certified Extended DISC Consultant with over 30 years of experience in the Personal and Professional Development field. She combines this broad range of experience to empower and inspire people from all walks of life to experience greater happiness and fulfillment in all areas of their lives.

Karen shares with clients the most effective skills, processes and techniques that help them take immediate steps forward which are realistic and can be implement in their every day life. She sees her role as one in which she helps clients to unlock their full potential. In her one to one sessions, she creates the space for individuals to take time out of their busy life, to reflect, reassess, realign, balance and refocus on what matters and to help them create a future they feel excited about.

Being a parent to two teenager boys, she has a special interest is helping students find direction during their senior years at school. Helping them to feel more confidence and find a pathway where they will shine and thrive is critical during these landmark years in their life. Her warm, insightful and friendly coaching style enhances her ability to connect with teenagers and parents, helping them to feel at ease and comfortable during their coaching sessions.
